Is the minimum order always 1,000 pieces?
No. Minimum order quantities depend on the manufacturer, model and customization scope. We confirm the applicable minimum before proposing a purchase.
Are samples free?
Samples are generally chargeable. Sampling, shipping and any credit against a later bulk order require a written offer.
Does the quoted price include batteries?
Request a complete garment, battery and charger package. Your quotation lists the included components and pricing.
Do you have stock in Canada?
Ask for the dispatch location and expected lead time for the model you choose.
Can you supply logo-branded orders of around 400 pieces?
Such projects can be evaluated. Feasibility and per-model minimums are confirmed with the manufacturer before commitment.
What about warranties and replacement batteries?
The applicable warranty, battery replacement options, claims process and responsible provider are confirmed in the order documentation.
Can you support Québec retailers?
Yes, we accept inquiries in French and can discuss product selection, packaging and delivery for your Québec retail program.
