Information provided
We may receive your name, professional email, company, region, product type, estimated quantity and other project details voluntarily supplied through a form or email.
How it is used
We use inquiry data to reply, assess project feasibility, contact potential suppliers as necessary for the requested quote and manage related communications. We aim to share only the project information needed for that purpose. We do not publish company-specific projects without permission.
Marketing
Consent to promotional email is separate and optional. An inquiry alone does not require you to subscribe to marketing messages. You can withdraw marketing consent by contacting us.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting, email and relevant supply-chain service providers may process information as required to deliver our services. Where information is handled outside Canada, applicable foreign laws may apply. We review vendor terms and access controls as part of system deployment.
Access, correction and retention
Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We retain inquiry records only as reasonably needed for business, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes, subject to applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no online transmission is risk-free. Do not send confidential drawings, financial records or identity documents through the initial inquiry form.
