COMMERCIAL INFORMATION
Ordering and sample terms.
This page explains the procurement approach and is not a substitute for the signed quotation or the purchasing agreement.
Acceptance.
Responsibility.
1. No binding offer
Website descriptions are informational. Prices, specifications, available quantities, taxes, delivery, returns, quality requirements and warranties are not agreed until documented in a written quotation and accepted contract.
2. Product and sample scope
Product options and minimum order quantities vary by supplier and model. Samples and bespoke prototypes are typically subject to a separate paid sample quote and approval. A sample credit applies only when expressly confirmed in writing.
3. Seller, importer and delivery
The sales agreement must identify the contracting seller. The Canadian importer of record, customs broker arrangements, duties, taxes, insurance and delivery terms must be settled for each order. WarmHub does not automatically serve as importer of record.
4. Warranty and responsibility
Any warranty duration, claims pathway, replacement battery provision, testing obligations, inspection and defect remedies must be stated in the applicable transaction documents. The applicable law, dispute procedure and liabilities are determined in those documents.
5. Brand and design rights
Customers should hold proper rights in submitted logos and brand assets. Factory artwork and samples do not independently transfer tooling, design or trademark rights. Any exclusivity must be expressly negotiated and signed.
6. Changes and cancellations
Production authorization, cancellation charges, deposits, final payment and change requests are governed by the written order terms, not standard figures presented on this site.
This general website statement should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production deployment.
